Education: B.S. Degree in Business Management, East Tennessee State University
Certified: Non-Profit Administration from the University of Tennessee
Scott also serves as an City Council Member for the Town of Greeneville.
Organizations & Affiliations: Keep Greene Beautiful Board of Directors and Treasurer, Greeneville Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, Greeneville-Greene County Regional Solid Waste Planning Board, Andrew Johnson Bank Ladies Classic Committee, Greene County Partnership Sports Council Board Member and Chairman, Northeast Tennessee Sports Alliance, Academy of Boys & Girls Club Professionals, Boys & Girls Clubs of America Workers Association, Tennessee Boys & Girls Clubs Hall of Fame Chairman and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church 2020 Greeneville Parks & Rec Sports Hall of Fame Inductee. Scott has been with the Boys & Girls Club since March of 1999.

Peyton Malone
Title: Community Outreach Coordinator
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Recreation Management from East Tennessee State University
Peyton has been working at the Club for four years. He is looking forward to meeting all the Club members and being somebody they can look up to.
Peyton was the 2021 Outstanding Part-time Youth Development Professional Award for Boys & Girls Clubs in Tennessee.
In 2021, Peyton also started helping with Special Events.

Phelan StoryPhelan Story
Title: Teen Coordinator
Phelan has been with the Boys & Girls Club since December 1999. He started working as a Youth Development Professional and held that position for 17 years. In 2017, Phelan was named the Club’s Teen Coordinator. He has twice been named Tennessee Part-Time Youth Development Professional of the Year by Boys & Girls Clubs in Tennessee.

Cindy is in her first year with the Boys & Girls Club but comes with a wealth of knowledge from work in several other community serving non-profits.

Title: Finances/Bookkeeper
Keri Savell serves as the Boys & Girls Club of Greeneville & Greene County's book keeper. She has worked for the Club for 10+ years.

Title: Youth Development Professional
Starla has worked at the Boys & Girls Club for several years. She also works in the Greeneville City Schools and loves seeing Club members in a fun environment outside of school.
Starla was the 2010 Outstanding Part-time Youth Development Professional for Boys & Girls Clubs in Tennessee.

Jennifer ArrowoodJennifer Arrowood
Title: Bus Driver and Front Desk
Jennifer has served the Boys & Girls Club for several years. She enjoys being able to take the kids to a fun place. She also works at a local elementary school and that helps her to create great relationship and mentorship opportunities with many of our kids.

Terri Cansler
Title: Youth Development Professional
Terri is in her second year with the Club. She enjoys watching Club memebrs learn and grow! Terri is the homework and craft room expert and our kids know she can always be found lending a helping hand there.

Broderick has worked at the Boys & Girls Club for 15 years. He also works and coaches in Greeneville City Schools.

Sarah is in her first summer with the Boys & Girls Club.

JP Hall
Title: Youth Development Professional
JP is a graduate of Tusculum University and has worked with the Boys & Girls Club for 7 years. He is always teaching the kids something new, espcially in the gym or playing football outside.
JP is also a previous Outstanding Part-time Youth Development Professional Award winner.

Trish Jarrell
Title: Youth Development Professional
This is Trish's first year with the Club. She also works at a local elementary school which makes it perfect for her to work with the Club kids when it comes to their school work or some extra tutoring time.

This is Anna's first year with the Boys & Girls Club.

Eli is in his first year with the Boys & Girls Club.
Eli really enjoys working at the Club because he loves being around all the kids.

Nic Lollar
Title: Youth Development Professional
Nic has worked at the Club during the summer for the past four years. He is an ETSU graduate and serves as an assistant basketball coach at the local middle school. When he's at the Club he enjoys showing the kids how to play different games in the gym.

Candace Rogers
Title: Youth Development Professional & South Greene Mini Cheer Coach
Candace has coached in our youth football and cheer league for two years. She also works in the county school system which makes her a perfect addition to our after school and summer programs.

Shannon Shelton

Shannon is in her 5th year with the Boys & Girls Club. Studying to be a teacher herself, she was instrumental in helping with our 2020 Virtual Learning Academy.

Kyra has worked at the Boys & Girls Club for four years. She also attended the Club growing up. Kyra is a former Youth of the Year! Kyra enjoys getting to know all of our Club members and being someone they can look up to.
